Using a double bed as a sofa for guests? - double sofa bed

Does anyone have any suggestions or things I could buy a double use in comfortable seats for friends who come on to. One thing that I can lean back and watch TV for example. Perhaps cushion or something that I can buy?

I Limitd room, and I want to buy a futon bed or sofa, because I always feel uncomfortable to sleep.
